2/23/97:
Well, we were kind of tired, but i did manage to show Seraph the advantages of +mlook on DM4. :) Also, we performed a first ever (for us) of playing on the network while Zeek dialed up to the server (me, of course) and played so the ping list looked like 0-60-280. It was fun, but Zeek got so much of a man beating that he didn't hang in there for long. He just isn't obsessed enough, i guess. ;)

2/16/97:
This was our biggest and best LAN party yet! It was an all nighter. Me and C][pher kicked some butt in CTF on McKinley Base. We had salsa and fruit snacks. When i get the film developed, we'll have some neeto stuff to show for it. Oh and um, Seraph and C][pher made a k-rad hat.

2/9/97:
C][pher and i played 2-way LAN at his house to try out a couple things like the CTF bot, the severed patch, and whether or not his network card actually works. (it does) i also discovered, much to my chagrin (looks like this: :-/ ) that he has blatantly stolen the contents of my .rc file! Oh well, i can see why someone would want to do such a thing because it is damn good. Heheh. btw, i forgot to take screenshots, but let's just say he was severly hacked up by yours truly with a little help from my automated ctf buddies.

2/2/97:
We played 3 way at Seraph's house (me him and The_Kemp) and it was fun. C][pher did show up later, but he didn't play much.There were a lot of nachos and there was a lot of soda. It was good. It got to try out my new headphones which worked extremely well. We played some 3 way ipx doom2 also and that was, um, something different. I won on map01 and Seraph on 24.

1/26/97 We played some LAN on saturday. Then some more on sunday. It rocked. It's too bad The_Kemp doesn't have a plug and play bios on his motherboard, because we could only have a 3-way without his machine, but it was cool nonetheless. Hopefully we can do it again next weekend at C][pher's. btw, i kicked some ass, heheh. Also, a guest kind of "mercenary" player made an apperance on the LAN. He went simply by the name: Bugbee. Or was that Eblis? Hmmm. Not sure. Anyway, he sucks. You want pictures, you say? Well, i got a few screenshots of the one on one match between C][pher and The_Kemp (they claimed i got in the way at times, wtf? Oh, the nerve.) So here are some shots:

1/25/97, 12:58 AM - Behemoth: Well, the first LAN expierence has come and gone. It was great even with just the two of us, so I'm looking forward to Sunday at The_Kemp's, alongside eidolon, Seraph, C][pher, and Kemp. As eidolon said, we'll see then who's the bigass quake person. But anyway, eidolon and myself took on 3 reapers (skill 2) in the KandyBase. eidolon finished with 100, me 98. Final score, us 198, reapers...150 something. Oops, eidolon is playing N64 and he crashed again. What a fool. It would've been nice to have been able to hook up side by side, but due to mom's compaints and some further thoughts, I left my computer where it always is, near the kitchen, and eidolon settled in my room. Actually our truly first LAN game was a deathmatch in the Intorduction map, and I got the 1st frag, but he won like 4 to 3. But anyway, hope to go to Kemp's on Sunday -yawn- which would be tomorrow! I think I'll try & get to sleep and leave eidolon screwing with the N64.

eidolon: N64's are cool. ;)
